Editorial standards
The steps behind each guide, and where those steps run out.

Steps
AI software on a local computer drafts each guide. Software gives each statement a source of its own, shown in the guide. Ahead of posting, a second AI system, from another company, reads through the claims one time before it appears on the site. No person writes, edits, rewrites or reviews any guide.
What the checks cannot do
The second pass is not a human review, a certificate or a promise of accuracy. Errors can get through. Anything that cannot be traced to a source is cut or marked unknown.
Sources
Sources sit beside the claims they back. Facts taken from sources, arithmetic, labelled examples and stated assumptions are kept apart. For a software product, the maker's current help page comes first, with its country, plan and check date.
Meaning of checked
A guide described as checked against a help page was compared with that page's text. Nobody tested the steps in a working shop.
Gaps are not accusations
A mismatch between records and the real count is not taken as proof of theft. Guides list likely causes first: deliveries, returns, transfers and keying errors.
Dates
Two dates appear: the day posted, and the day the evidence was last re-read. Only a genuine change moves the second one; typo fixes leave it alone.
